SYNOPSIS:

At 37 years old, football player Shinmachi Ryotaro, a former Japanese international, is in the twilight of his career but continues to play in the third division. His club is however forced to fold shop and not finding a new team, Shinmachi has no choice but to retire.

With a mortgage that is still outstanding and the father of two young children, Shinmachi must quickly start his career change but encounters many rejections before finally being hired by the sports management agency Victory headed by Takayanagi Masashi. He will team up with Fukazawa Toko and his first task will be to organize the stay in Japan of Yazaki Toshiya, a player playing in Germany with whom he does not get along particularly well.
